Presentation Guideline
  1. Oral Presentation (구두 발표)
    • Invited presentations are allocated 25 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A.
    • Regular presentations are allocated 12 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.
    • Presentations may only be submitted as PowerPoint or PDF presentations.
    • Bring your presentation to the conference on a USB media storage device.
    • Personal laptops are allowed for the presentation only in the special case.
    • Arrive at your session at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the SESSION (not your presentation). Meet the session chair/volunteer and check your presentation file.
  2. Poster Presentation (포스터 발표)
    • Bring your high-resolution printed poster with you to the meeting (panel size: 100 cm x 166 cm).
    • Set up your printed poster before 12:00 pm on the first day of the conference.
    • Paper numbers will be placed on the poster boards in numerical order.
    • Find your paper number and put up your printed poster in the designated space.
    • Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled poster session to answer questions from attendees.
    • Presenters must remove their posters after 4:30 pm on the second day of the conference.
    ※ 포스터는 이틀 동안 게시해 주시고(첫째날 정오 전에 게시, 둘째날 오후 4시 30분 이후 철거), 포스터 세션(첫째날 13:30-14:30, 둘째날 09:00-10:00)에는 질문에 답하실 수 있도록 자리를 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
