2022 차세대 리소그래피 학술대회

올해 학술대회는 8월 17일(수) ~ 18일(목) 이틀간 수원 컨벤션센터에서 대면으로 개최됩니다.

2012년 대전에서 시작된 차세대 리소그래피 학술대회가 작년 10주년을 지나 올해 11회째 개최를 맞이하게 되었습니다. 지난 10여년간 반도체 산업은 국내 전체 전자산업의 가치사슬을 이끄는 핵심 드라이버이자 기술적 버팀목으로서 그 입지를 확고히 다져왔으며, 포스트 코로나 시대를 헤쳐 나갈 가장 믿을 수 있고 경쟁력 높은 산업으로 인정받고 있습니다. 이러한 K-반도체의 성장 그 중심에는 수많은 기술적 난제를 극복하며 지속적인 진보를 거듭하고 있는 리소그래피 기술이 자리잡고 있습니다.

지난 10년간 차세대 리소그래피 학술대회는 산∙학∙연 교류와 협력의 구심점 역할을 담당하면서 리소그래피 기술의 현재를 돌아보고 미래를 조망하는 국내 대표적인 학술대회로 성장하여 왔습니다. 이제 새로운 10년을 시작하며 참가자들께 보다 더 유익하고 풍성한 프로그램을 제공할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 경주하겠습니다.

This year's conference will be held at Suwon Convention Center from August 17th (Wed) to 18th (Thu).

The NGL conference, which began in Daejeon in 2012, marks its 11th anniversary this year. Over the past decade, the semiconductor industry has established its position as a key driver and technical support for the entire electronics industry value chain and is now recognized as the most reliable and competitive one to lead the post-corona era. At the heart of the growth of the K-semiconductor, lies the lithography technology, which continues to progress, overcoming numerous technical challenges.

In the meantime, NGL has grown into a representative academic conference that enables participants to review the present and foresee the future of the lithography technology while playing a central role in industry-academia collaboration. Now, as we begin the new decade, we will do our best to provide participants with more enriching and thought-provoking programs.
